I was born and raised in the Adirondacks, my path to photography was anything but straight. I started as a software engineer (and hated every minute of it), moved into planning tech events, and realized how much I loved the creative side of bringing something to life. That led me into wedding coordination, which felt closer to where I was meant to be—just not quite there yet.

Then in 2023, I got married. My husband gave me a camera as a wedding gift for our honeymoon to Ireland, and the moment I picked it up, everything clicked—literally and figuratively. I knew this was what I wanted to pour my energy into, to build a career and a life around. Shortly after starting Hannah Drabin Photography, my husband and I found out we were expecting. My pregnancy was a tough one, and I had to put my new business on pause. Now, with a beautiful daughter who fuels my drive to succeed, I’m inspired everyday to capture your stories in a way that feels true, timeless, and deeply personal.
